Yoga Classes 2024

Mary’s yoga classes offer an oasis of wellbeing in which students learn to improve or regain optimum function through gentle stretching and breathing practices designed to develop a new way of being that feels good. These practices will impact positively on everyday life. Various class times, and payment options are offered to suit our students.

WEEKLY CLASSES: 11th March- 2nd May

(No classes weeks 1st April & 15th April)

6 weeks @ £72 (this covers up to 3 classes per week)

or £14 for individual sessions booked as drop-ins

Monday 10am-11.15am: March-11 18 25 April - 8 22 29

Tuesday: 7pm-8.15pm March - 12 19 26 April - 9 23 30

Thursday: 10am-11.15am March - 14 21 28 April - 11 25 May 2

Mary is terrific, she manages to exercise those bits of me which ached before we started then feel fine afterwards. She has the advantage of having worked as a nurse and knows far more about bodies and how they work than other yoga teachers I have met.
