Transform your yoga, transform yourself. Mary offers a range of courses and workshops aimed at yoga teachers and learners. Continuing Professional Development workshops are also available on a variety of yoga subjects. The emphasis is on providing a supportive and creative environment to enable teachers and learners to develop their own personal teaching style.

For All Students - Saturday workshops to explore your practice more deeply - how is it serving you? I will use these workshops to observe your practice and advise on adjustments and the use of props.

How to teach Chair Yoga for Teachers - Harrogate October ‘24 and other dates by arrangement.

‘How Life Moves’ this is an inspirational workshop designed for teachers and serious students of yoga who wish to explore yoga through the age continuum. In other words adapting to the changes brought by ageing in a very positive way.

For Teachers - review of teaching methods, how to adapt your teaching to the evolving needs of your students. I will help you refresh your practice and teaching with new insights informed by a deeper understanding of attention and awareness.
